We build control planes for autonomous spend.

One pattern, repeated per signal: observe, control, verify. CloudScout (live) applies it to cloud infrastructure. AION applies it to covered enterprise AI traffic across the API, gateway, and managed- provider surfaces it governs. The ledger is the contract.

The problem with dashboards

Cost dashboards chart waste. They surface it, alert on it, even rank it. None of them control it. The action gap - between “your bill is high” and “the bill is now lower” - is where every cost initiative dies. AI agents make the gap wider because they can spend, call tools, and move data faster than teams can review.

The pattern: observe, control, verify

Each Infivector product starts read-only or observe- only, builds attribution, proposes a control, then verifies the saved dollar before billing. CloudScout (live) governs cloud infrastructure spend. AION governs covered AI traffic (API, gateway, managed- provider) including agent actions, data egress, budgets, and evidence ledger. Browser-side AI tools, personal-account usage, and unmanaged endpoints sit outside the control plane and are best-effort via enterprise exports, SSO, and network policy.

Observe - map usage with attribution

Read the source signal: CUR, cloud APIs, model calls, agent traces, prompt logs, cache events, and capacity telemetry. Every finding or AI request is tied to a team, app, project, cost center, and replay hash.

Control - apply policy before action

CloudScout turns cloud findings into pull requests. AION's routing engine routes covered traffic to cheaper safe models. Data, action-risk, and runaway-loop classifiers require approval for high- risk tool actions, block unsafe data egress, and enforce budgets at the gateway across the API, gateway, and managed-provider surfaces AION is configured to see.

Verifier - writes the receipt

After the change or policy ships, the verifier replays the next billing cut against the merged state and writes onesavings_verified event per validated dollar. That ledger event is the only thing that ever reaches an invoice. Notional savings never bill.

The ledger is the contract

One append-only table per customer holds every advisory, every dispute, every verified dollar. Each row carries a replay hash that ties it back to a specific billing slice. If we’re wrong, the math is auditable in your own VPC (Enterprise). If you dispute, the verifier re-replays against the pre-change state and emits a reversal.

What “AI-native” means here

Not LLM-wrapped buttons. Agents and autonomous systems are first-class cost actors. Each control loop must have an attribution model, a policy decision, governed memory and skill access, and a verifier. When a route, recommendation, skill, or action policy regresses, the ledger says so before a customer notices.

CloudScout as the first governed skill pack inside AION

CloudScout is the cloud-spend product (live in pilot) and the first concrete skill pack inside the AION harness. Agents inspect cloud anomalies, explain Bedrock or GPU spikes, propose remediation, and verify savings under AION policy, approval, and audit.
